Garden Park – a land lease community - offers pride of ownership to its residents without some of the expense or hassle of home ownership.
Rather than purchase a traditional lot and pay high real estate taxes and upkeep costs, Garden Park residents lease their lot, but still own their home. A monthly lot fee covers the following expenses and services: city water and sewer, garbage and recycling pickup, community street snow removal and salting, and curbside mail delivery.
